Fit Club is a great option for anyone wishing to get in shape, shed some unwanted pounds, realize their fitness goals, and FEEL AMAZING!  Fit Club is a coached SMALL GROUP boot camp style outdoor workout.  The Class features functional movement, high-intensity interval training, strength training, flexibility/range of motion exercises, yoga moves, and it’s all wrapped up into a FUN and EXCITING workout!

Wednesday:  9:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m.

Thursday:  9:00 a.m – 10:00 a.m.
