The purpose of one-on-one personalized run coaching is to supply you with the individualized attention that you need to succeed.   Your Coach will address your individual needs associated with your specific goals and then help you to develop a plan to obtain the skills needed to get there! Personalized run coaching services include the following:

  • Initial assessment, consultation, evaluation, and documentation.
  • Learn proper run form and technique:  Run smarter not harder.
  • Performance testing and tracking:  Know where you are and verify that your training is working.
  • Receive personalized attention, instruction, motivation, and accountability:  No more excuses.
  • Get an easy to follow training plan to help you prepare for your event with prescribed run duration, intensity, and frequency:  No more training “by chance”.
  • Get help with sports nutrition, fueling, and hydration:  Stay powered-up and avoid “hitting the wall”.

Each personalized run coaching session is custom tailored to the athletes’ needs. So, let us what you want to cover and we will develop a lesson plan to address your concerns and help you reach your goal.

Training sessions covered are not limited to, but may include the following:

  • Run/walk form and technique:  Improve your run efficiency.
  • Pose Method of Running:  Improve your run balance and symmetry.
  • Run gate analysis:  Establish the form that works best with your body.
  • Run strength, speed, and endurance lessons:  The stronger you are, the easier it is.
  • Symmetry, alignment, and range of motion assessment:  Identify your potential improvement and reduce risk for injury.
  • 5K, 10K, 13.1, and marathon endurance training lessons:  Gain confidence in preparation for your event.
  • Heart rate training zone development:  Learn your pacing and how to “train smart by the rate of your heart”.
  • Aerobic threshold testing:  Know what is sustainable and what is too hard.
  • Personalized/periodized run training plans:  Plan for success.
  • Run video and analysis:  Seeing yourself run is a great way to learn.

Run Coaching Rates                                                                   fitness bootcamp

Individual sessions:  $75/ea.

4-12 Sessions Packages:  $70/ea.

13+ Session Packages:  $65/ea.

Small group (2-8) sessions:  Call for rates.
