8-Week Fitness & Nutrition Program

Breakfast Club Bootcamp is a 8-Week program that is designed to get your life, nutrition and fitness on track.  Each session is led by a certified coach that will teach you how to optimize your workouts, help you perform movements and exercises efficiently and safely, and give you personalized attention/feed-back at every workout.  In addition to great coached workouts 3x per week, this program will help you discover new recipes and ideas, and find quick tricks in the kitchen that will help you make good food choices throughout the week.

 

HOW IT WORKS:  Breakfast Club

 

Every other Friday participants in the program will bring a small healthy dish to share after the workout.  You will get to try new dishes, share recipes, learn how to make healthy snacks/bars, and learn how to get the nutrients that your body needs.

 

FEATURES

  • 8-weeks of coached workouts three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings (9:00 am).
  • Tabata, strength, and cardio and other state-of-the art fitness elements featured at the workouts.
  • Personalized Attention at every workout:  Get real-time feedback on form and technique.
  • Personally Assigned Daily Homework:  Receive a text message workout assignment from your coach every day so that you can stay on track on your “off” days.
  • Written Meal Plan and Nutrition Guide:  Know what, when, and how much to eat on a daily basis. Know how to make healthy substitutions to your meal plan and most of all, no more eating by chance or hitting the fast-food drive-thru!
  • Accountability:  As part of this program, you will be attending 3 Bootcamp workouts each week.  In the event you are unable to make it to a workout, you MUST let your coaches know, in advance, if you will not be able to attend.  You are accountable to your Coaches for each workout!  This will set you up for success by establishing your fitness routine with consistency and dedication.
  • Baseline & Periodic Fitness Testing:  Know exactly where you are at so you can establish realistic goals. Includes fitness assessment testing every 2 weeks, intake measurements, weigh-ins, performance testing, and more.
  • Healthy Eating Workshop Featuring Scott Estrada:  Learn easy ways support your healthy eating.  You will learn to prep your food for the week, and create delicious meals and healthy smoothies to take home and get you started.  This workshop is for the busy athlete, for whom proper food prep and nutrition is a must!
  • 8-Weeks of Unlimited E-Coaching:  Have access to your coaches, ask questions, get information, and stay on track!

 

WORKOUT DETAILS

Location:  McKinley Park, 3330 McKinley Blvd, Sacramento.

Monday:  9:00 am – 10:00 am.

Wednesday:  9:00 am – 10:00 am.

Friday:  9:00 am – 10:00 am.

Recommended equipment:  Fitness mat, water bottle, athletic apparel.
