8-Week Spring Fitness Challenge

This 8-Week Spring Fitness Challenge is an amazing opportunity to change the way you exercise and eat for the rest of your life!  The program includes everything you need to succeed; workouts, meal plans, education, and support from experienced coaches.  Take this challenge and find your fittest you!  This is great for all levels and abilities!  Below are some of the features in this Challenge.

 

  • 8-week unlimited membership (5 x’s per week) to Fitness Quest Bootcamp.
  • Tabata Bootcamp website access: Online access to track your progress, complete your food journal, get daily recipes, and interact with your Coaches and fellow Bootcampers. You will receive the special invite to join once you’ve signed up for The 8-Week Spring Fitness Challenge.
  • Accountability: In this challenge, you are responsible for attending 5 Bootcamp workouts each week, and to let your coaches know, in advance, if you are unable to attend.  No more excuses!
  • Baseline fitness testing: Know exactly where you are at so you can establish realistic goals.  Includes monthly fitness assessment testing, intake measurements, weigh-in’s, and more.  Track your progress and see real results!
  • “Juicing 101” Workshop:  Learn how to juice the right way, know the key ingredients, and why.  Enjoy sampling a variety of juices/nutmilks, and take home a 16oz juice of your choice!  Wednesday, May 10th @ 6 – 7:30 p.m.
  • Written meal plan:  Know what, when, and how much to eat on a daily basis.  No more eating by chance!
  • 8-weeks of unlimited 24/7 E-coaching: Enjoy access to your Coaches anytime.  Ask questions, get information, and stay on track!
  • Daily homework, including short workouts to do on your “off” days.
  • Custom logo Fitness Quest tech t-shirt.
